My (ancient) toilet broke over the Winter Holiday. While the work to replace it was excellent and done quickly, the result made me realize I couldn't avoid replacing the vanity anymore. Sam knew price was an issue for me; he sourced the exact vanity I wanted at ~60% of the cost I had found. He & Paul completed all of the work in a half day. Given the age of and the modifations made to the plumbing, this took extra time, ingenuity and trips to find hardware needed to connect the vanity to the plumbing! I had said I'd paint the wall...they did all the prep needed for this. Sam will be returning next week to finish one details (eg caulking).
