With a deep passion for real estate and home improvement, Sam Nikoukar founded Impetus Home Services to bridge the gap he identified in the market. Since 2008, Sam has been an active real estate investor in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), experiencing firsthand how quality home enhancements can significantly increase property value. In 2020, he established Impetus Home Services to provide exceptional craftsmanship and timely service, ensuring homeowners, realtors, and property managers can rely on a trusted partner for their home improvement needs.
